Estimators will support our current Estimating Team in preparing and negotiating a Lump Sum estimate.
Responsibilities:
? Review, analyze, and interpret Contract Documents (RFP, specifications, etc.).
? Perform all tasks related to quantity takeoff and pricing of design-build projects in the infrastructure market.
? Coordinate with estimators and engineers/designers to provide constructability input and value engineering for preliminary project plans.
? Participate in Task Force Meetings, brainstorms, and working sessions with estimators and engineers/designers.
? Identify, quantify, and communicate Risk throughout the estimating process.
? Performing site visits and investigations as needed
