Client Services Coordinator:
Blue Tree Technology (BTT) is a managed IT services (MSP) company servicing clients in the greater Kansas City Metro area. Since 2019 we have been providing small and medium size businesses with security focused IT support that they desperately need. Over the years, we have built great partnerships across our client base and are now looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team and enhance service delivery.
The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the organization provides a high level of customer satisfaction. The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for administrative tasks, documentation, scheduling, and serving as a point of contact for our clients to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Conduct yourself according to BTT Core Values.
- Maintains consistent client communication, via telephone, email, online chat or in person, to provide information to existing, managed clients.
- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries and requests.
- Managing ticket timelines to service level agreements with clients.
- Primarily responsible for scheduling time for techs and managers to work on assignments, projects, or meetings.
- Proactively reach out to clients to coordinate time for appointments, meetings and on-sites.
- Create service request and project tickets.
- Manage and monitor the team's daily schedule.
- Follow standard operating procedures for internal processes at Blue Tree and identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, including relevant details, actions taken, and resolutions provided.
- Attend in-person and virtual training as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage stressful situations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of customer service.
- Ability to fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Working Conditions:
Account management is an office position with an occasional client site visit.
Salary : $15 - $20
