Job Responsibilities:
- Drive studio retail sales by actively showing members retail, having them touch it and try it on
- Follow the Daily Barre Routine checklist for every shift
- Prioritize calling new leads within 2 minutes of their inquiry
- Book leads into an intro class within 48 hours of their initial inquiry
- Gain GONE keynotes for every prospect
- Ask the question “why now” to every prospect to determine their urgency and needs
- Personalize all calls, voicemails and text messages to give the client the best experience and build a genuine connection
- Follow pre intro and post intro checklist/ SOP to ensure the highest quality and conversion
- Manage memberships in Club Ready Platform
- Run the past due report daily and reach out to past due members to avoid them going into collections or adding the late payment fee
- Review all SOPs provided by studio management, ask questions on promotions that need clarification. Watch any related video content
- Communicate to the Sales Manager(s) any concerns with members (cancels, freezes, etc) immediately so that they can handle appropriately
- Complete cleaning duties on daily cleaning checklist- every surface should sparkle
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of studio- if the floor is dirty, clean it up even if it’s not on the checklist for that day/time
- Enforce studio policies and procedures regarding late entry, membership cancellation, freezes, etc. in a supportive and empathetic manner
- Always maintain a professional appearance, must wear athletic clothing during shifts (no baggy hoodies or sweatpants)
- Must wear Pure Barre branded apparel (hat, shirt, jacket, etc) for Intro class shifts
- Give clients the best Pure Barre experience at every encounter plus 1% more
- Take a minimum of two (2) classes/ week, more recommended. This helps build a deeper relationship with the clients and allows you to describe the workout from personal experience
- Attend grassroots and marketing events as needed
- Track member milestones and prepare celebrations (card, sign, board, etc.)
- Gather social media content (pictures, videos, testimonials)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Must have genuine hospitality and passion for people
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills Must have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including some holiday, early-morning and weekend availability
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able and willing to perform light- heavy cleaning tasks Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide top of the line service to all new and existing clients
- Execute sales and hospitality process of first time client experience, follow up, and close
- Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
- Work collaboratively with studio management and franchise owner
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio
- Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills Maintain brand standards and initiatives
