Blue Valley Community Action Partnership is seeking an HVAC Specialist. This is a 36 hour week position, located at the BVCA Administrative Office.
POSITION SUMMARY
A support and service position as a HVAC Specialist to inspect, diagnose, repair or replace heating, cooling, venting and water heating systems within the weatherization program and other BVCA programs.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Assure compliance with programmatic objectives within the realm of the weatherization program.
2. Coordinates with participants, contractors, crew workers and material suppliers.
3. Maintains documentation of required data.
4. Provide assistance and support to Blue Valley Community Action (BVCA) Partnership and departmental needs as assigned.
5. Other duties as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

14. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (lift up to 50 pounds, stoop and bend).
MINIMUM QUALFICATIONS
1. Proof of United States Citizenship, or national or legal permanent residency.
2. High School diploma or GED.
3. One year education and/or experience in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning installation or maintenance.
4. Valid EPA 608 Certification.
5. Hold a valid driver’s license and access to an insured motorized vehicle.
