What are the responsibilities and job description for the SENIOR Aquatic Spray Technician position at BLUE WATER AQUATICS INC?
BLUE WATER AQUATICS, INC of New Port Richey, FL is expanding and seeking to add an experienced SENIOR Aquatic Spray Technician to our team. We are a privately, veteran owned, well respected pond & lake management company that services residential, commercial and government sites throughout Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties.

- 4 or more years of verifiable AQUATIC SPRAY experience managing your own established customer route with pride in workmanship.
- Experience operating a pick-up truck and trailer towing an ATV, UTV or small boat in a safe manner.
- Knowledge of aquatic plant species and their names.
- Understanding of what herbicides are used for specific issues.
- Prior experience working extending hours in Florida's hot and humid conditions.
- Good math skills & a quick learner.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
- The ability to confidently work around waterways and in close proximity to Florida's diverse wildlife.
- Willingness to work with EPA approved herbicides/chemicals and an experience reading & interpreting their labels.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to lift 40lbs. to shoulder height.
- Eagerness to grow with our business and learn new skills.
Must POSSESS a State Commerical Aquatics Applicator License or be able to pass re-certification exam within three months. (We will provide all the training you need to succeed at this, and we pay for your testing and license)
