Position Summary:
Camp store Supervisors are responsible for managing all retail staff. Coordinates the shipping of goods, sets up displays and assists customers and staff during business hours. Maximizing the efficiency of the store's operation including all Food and Beverage outlets and goods.

- Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor
- Manage different departments within the store
- Coach, counsel, recruit, and train employees
- Evaluate job performance
- Formulate pricing policies
- Determine daily coupons
- Work on store displays to assure store is stocked, neat, and appears full
- Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
- Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company's standards
- Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and planning
- Maintain store's cleanliness and health safety measures
- Organize and distribute staff schedules
- Operate functions of register and properly close out at the end of each day
- Ensures the property is clean, orderly, well-manicured, and guest-ready at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

- 3-5 years of work experience in retail sales and operations with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding store sales and operations targets and goals.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Food and Beverage industry (preferred)
