INTRODUCTION TO ROLE
As a Concierge, it is required to possess an in-depth knowledge of local businesses, entertainment venues, and travel options; understanding the value of excellent customer service and can provide exceptional service to all of our guests.
- Seasonal roles are not eligible for health benefits. Seasonal roles are eligible for sick time and holiday pay.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; use office equipment including, but not limited to a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment, and multi-line telephone; and reach with hands and arms and requires the ability to lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds occasionally.
The hospitality environment is fast-paced, and at times you may be required to cover or assist with tasks / job functions outside of the job you were hired for. We require each of our team members to have an All-Hands-On-Deck mindset. This means you may be tasked with other functions and are expected to complete those tasks with the same level of enthusiasm and dedication as expected with your normal job duties.
