INTRODUCTION TO ROLE
A mechanical self-starter who can ensure property operations run smoothly and safely. Key competencies include mechanical aptitude to maintain many operations, quick ability to identify and root cause mechanical systems, and adept at proactive systems management to ensure optimal performance.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The maintenance mechanic has a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read a tape measure and use other precise measurement tools. Has the ability to solve problems in real-time. Converts problems into actionable solutions and provides work instructions to the team.

The Maintenance Manager reports to the General Manager (GM).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
The hospitality environment is fast-paced, and at times, you may be required to cover or assist with tasks / job functions outside of the job you were hired for. We require each of our team members to have an All-Hands-On-Deck mindset. This means you may be tasked with other functions and are expected to complete those tasks with the same level of enthusiasm and dedication as expected with your normal job duties.
