What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Blue Water Hospitality Group, LLC?
As a Server, you will greet customers, take orders, serve food, and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

- Greet customers, present menus, take food orders, and expedite them as necessary.
- Serve food and attend to the customers’ needs.
- Cash-out customers, clear and clean tables, run the dishwasher/sanitizer and restock utensils, plates, food, and condiments.
- Assist in cashing out the register at the end of the day.
- Vacuum, sweep, and clean dining rooms.
- Complete all side work (Opening or closing)
- Assist with general preparation work as directed.
- Work neatly, safely, and under the sanitary guidelines of the Health Department Rules and Regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Provides regular and reliable attendance.
WHAT YOU BRING
- High school diploma or relevant.
- Proven 2 years of experience working as a Restaurant Server or a similar role in the Hospitality Department.
- Professional training in food safety will be mandatory.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
