As a Project Coordinator at BWS, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the seamless movement of shipments for our clients, both domestically and internationally. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external agents, and service providers to ensure that every shipment is delivered on time, within budget, and in full accordance with customer specifications. Your responsibilities will include meticulously tracking shipments, generating and updating detailed reports, and accurately inputting shipment data into our advanced BWS operations systems. Working in tandem with a Project Manager, you will navigate day-to-day operations and be adept at resolving any challenges or disruptions that arise throughout the shipping process, ensuring smooth and efficient execution at every step.

Individual task
- Oversee and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee shipments are delivered on schedule and meet customer requirements.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, arrival notices, delivery orders, invoices, and related packages.
- Track and trace shipments throughout their journey, providing clients with updates and managing receipt confirmations.
- Address and resolve issues during the shipping process, including delays, damages, and lost shipments.
- Maintain precise records of all shipping transactions for accurate reporting and audit purposes.
- Monitor and analyze transportation costs, seeking opportunities to minimize expenses without compromising service quality.
- Review freight invoices for accuracy, disputing any discrepancies as necessary.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication, ensuring clear and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of logistics processes and methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with transportation management software is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain management is preferred.
- Experience working in a transportation or logistics company is a plus.
