We are hiring a Customer Service Associate to provide customer support in Saint Louis, MO. The primary objective of the Customer Service Associate is speaking with new and existing clients to build and maintain relationships and increase sales. Customer Service Associate Job Responsibilities

• Model and deliver a distinctive and engaging customer experience
• Establish and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
• Process sales transactions
• Provide insightful information about current products to drive sales
• Be efficient and effective in providing service
• Enroll new customer accounts, grow sales, and achieve individual sales growth plans
• Implement and support current promotions
• Engage customers, offering information about products and services
• Serve as an information resource for customers
• Acknowledge customer concerns, providing insightful solutions
• Maintain a working knowledge of systems and equipment

• Experience in providing exceptional customer care
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and a successful track record of exceeding sales goals
• Continuously provide quality customer service to internal and external customers/clients
• Must be able to work in Saint Louis, MO
