Business Development Executive at Blue Wireless
Based in our Richmond, Virginia office, your primary focus is getting new customers onboard and taking care of the existing ones. You will actively generate new leads through a variety of methods, qualify and engage with prospects and contract new customers and business in the enterprise segment. Good understanding of the telco enterprise market and strong communication skills are essential. You will be supported with Inside Sales and Technical Support to manage the whole sales process.
So what will be on your plate? (key responsibilities)
Customer Acquisition
- Develop a suitable strategy to develop opportunities together sales management
- Execute plans supported by marketing to attract customers, attending events
- Develop new relations with suitable enterprise customers for Blue Wireless solutions
Sales Cycle Management
- With a solution selling approach, develop understanding of customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Manage the sales cycle, working with solutions teams and other stakeholders
- Bring contracts to a close, setting up agreements and finalizing implementation schedules
Manage customers in-life
- Working closely with Finance and Customer Success Management to set up customers as new accounts for Blue Wireless in various systems
- Support customers with Service Delivery, Technical Support and other teams during their in-life experience with Blue Wireless
If you-
- are customer-centric and sales-driven (commission-based), detail-oriented, organized, and have a hands-on approach to solution-building for our customers and business partners
- have excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal to get the message across to the targeted audience
- have at least 3 years of sales experience in the IT/Telecom sector services (ideally network) to corporate (global)
- are familiar with IP Networking, up to date on IT and technology developments
- have a bachelor’s degree;
