Job Summary:

Drive industry innovation for ABM at-scale, implementing a more deeply connected sales and marketing motion. This role will build and execute end-to-end 1-to-Few and 1-to-1 ABM programs focused on supply chain solutions including the Blue Yonder Network. Collaborate with Customer Advocacy, Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Creative, Campaign and Field Marketing teams to build and execute multi-touch ABM campaigns. Utilize Advanced Marketing Tools: Leverage hands-on experience with 6Sense, Salesforce (SFDC), and gifting platforms to build and enhance the effectiveness of ABM initiatives and deliver tailored experiences to key customer accounts.

What you will do:

  • Execute Blue Yonder's ABM strategy by building and managing channels that drive engagement, such as email (outbound and nurture), digital marketing (social, retargeting, display, etc.), in-person and virtual events, custom content, and direct mail.

  • Enhance engagement among qualified customers by developing and executing ABM programs that boost market visibility, generate demand, and meet business and revenue objectives. Monitor metrics such as click-through and open rates, website visits, page heatmaps, and buying committee engagement.

  • Maintain operational rigor throughout the lifecycle of an account-based marketing campaign, using deep intent data to drive development and adaptation of go-to-market strategy to key customer accounts while analyzing performance across all channels and adjusting strategy accordingly.

  • Learn and understand Blue Yonder's client base, our ideal customer profile, and the needs of our customers, to effectively market our end-to-end portfolio to them.

  • Work with the revenue marketing team, industry strategy team, sales, business development and product marketing to understand and incorporate the trends that are shaping the manufacturing industry and messaging surrounding them.

  • Develop ABM enablement to help sales and business development teams effectively integrate sales outreach with campaign touchpoints - nurturing and reaching out to target customers in a curated, simplified way.

What we are looking for:

  • 5 years in campaign management, field marketing or account-based marketing discipline

  • Prior experience working closely with a sales and/or business development team, within a SaaS company

  • Understanding of B2B marketing, the customer buying journey, customer cross-sell and up-sell marketing, account-based marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurturing programs

  • Experience creating campaign briefs and working with a creative team or external agency to translate the vision into a creative concept

  • Data savvy individual with the ability to analyze and interpret customer attributes to drive campaign decisions

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and executive presence, with the ability to develop positive and professional relationships with cross-functional teams across domestic and international markets

  • Positive, optimistic self-starter with a drive to succeed and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity in a quickly changing business environment

  • Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense - 6Sense certification a plus

  • Strong English language skills required

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Occasional travel required

The salary range for this position is: $102,999.99 - $114,888.45 USD

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
