Job Responsibilities:
- Clean residential spaces ensuring high-quality results.
- Follow cleaning checklists to meet Bluebird Cleanings standards.
- Work independently and/or as a team to provide excellent service to Bluebird clients.
- Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Must be 18 or older.
✔ Valid driver’s license.
✔ Reliable transportation with willingness to drive to where Bluebirds clients are (within a reasonable distance)
✔ Strong attention to detail and a great work ethic.
✔ Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay: $17.00 to start and a 90 day review
Weekly Direct Deposit on Fridays

Paid Sick Time
Available Schedules:
- Full-time & Part-time positions available.
- Day shifts from 8am to 5pm.
- Part-time requires at least 2 full days per week.
