We are hiring for a certified Epic Radiant Analyst for a hybrid position. This position will require you to be onsite at the facility in Alaska - about 2 weeks a month on average.
Long term contract position working with the PACS team with multiple implementations.
Long-Term Contractor
Location: Alaska
Travel: 2 weeks a month onsite average – does not need to be a 2 week on 2 week off set up. Flexibility with what weeks you go. Expenses paid on top of hourly rate (gorgeous location!)
SUMMARY
Primarily responsible for assisting in the operation and administration of clinical information systems. Additionally, collaboration with clinical and technical associates to enhance workflow methodology and tools will be critical. Support responsibilities include application support of medium to high complexity for acute and non-acute care clinical applications for a large, multi-regional healthcare system. This position must possess sufficient detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise to support assigned clinical application(s).
Required:
The ideal candidate will have strong 5 years (preferred) of Epic Analyst experience and the following certifications:
- Epic Radiant Certification
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analysis of clinical workflow in a variety of Enterprise Imaging product modules
- Provide post-life support for Radiant implementation at multiple hospitals and several more diagnostic centers
- Business Process Analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses in to align IT solutions with business initiatives.
- Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodology
- Applies advanced business systems analyst knowledge and expertise of integrated radiology systems or other imaging systems to accomplish business objective.
- Training & support of Radiologists as needed
- Active participant in on-call rotation
