Where do you come in?

We are eager to welcome two highly enthusiastic professionals to join our in-home sales team during the midst of our impressive growth. Our scheduled on-boarding date is September 18th. As a representative of our organization, you value presenting yourself as a face of the company and establishing strong connections with customers. You pride yourself in guiding them through the sales process to determine their requirements and provide effective product alternatives that best fit their home without any stress or pressure in a consultative environment.

Unlock unlimited earning potential with a $500 weekly base salary, plus uncapped commission ranging from 3.5%-5% based on your outstanding performance

Yearly bonus at $1,500,000 revenue

Enjoy a $500 gas reimbursement when you achieve a monthly sales goal of $100,000

Monday - Friday (run 2-3, preset, 60-90 minute appointments per day), rotating Saturday’s

First year expected total compensation, $75,000-$85,000

What you’ll be doing- but not limited to…

  • BlueBird representation- As a representative of BlueBird, it is necessary to consistently conduct oneself in a manner to positively reflect the ethics and integrity of our company
  • In-Home Sales appointments- Run preset and confirmed in-home sales presentation, utilizing the sales strategies, processes and technology implemented by BlueBird. Each appointment lasts 60-90min.
  • Sales Pipeline Management- Run, Manage and Maintain up to date records of all assigned leads, proposals, agreements and orders within company operating software while executing proper follow up communication to the customer and BlueBird.
  • Teamwork- Together, with other reps and company management we will develop custom solutions to increase our ability to take care of our customers and expand our reach
  • Prospecting- While we provide leads daily, the difference between average and exceptional performance are those that can generate additional opportunities through referral or self generated
  • Community- Field events, working a showcase booth within our community to collect lead information and schedule your own self generated appointments.
  • Follow up- Our work doesn’t end once we sign the agreement and collect the deposit. Maintaining relationships helps generate the customer experience that rewards us with repeat and referral business.
