Assistant Teachers

Bluebonnet School of Cedar Park needs professional, reliable, nurturing, teachers with experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a licensed childcare center

Bluebonnet cares for children infants through pre-kindergarten with a small after-school program for school-age children. It is one of a very select few preschools nationally accredited by NAEYC.

We are looking for energetic, experienced, dependable individuals who will be responsible for the safety and well-being of each child and will communicate with parents and children in a positive way.

We need you to have:

• A high level of positive enthusiasm and energy
• Experience working in a licensed child care center
• High school diploma or GED
• An early childhood certification or strong experience working as a head teacher in an infant room
• Nurturing, positive relationships with both parents and children
• Ability to speak and write English clearly
• Ability to lift 35 pounds easily several times a day
• Ability to sit on the floor with children and rise quickly to a standing position
