This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a fast-paced tech environment. You’ll work closely with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers to help scale BlueCat during a busy hiring period. You will bring insight and ownership to initiatives that improve our processes, strengthen our talent brand, and enable us to be more data-driven decision makers. Key Responsibilities : Administrative Support : Assist with various administrative tasks, including background checks and contract extensions. Enable the recruitment team to focus on strategic initiatives by handling routine administrative duties. Recruitment Initiatives : Play a key role in setting up the automation of the approval process for hiring and onboarding. Collaborate with the recruitment and finance teams to streamline operations and reduce manual effort. Reporting and Analytics : Help establish proper reporting mechanisms to ensure accurate and timely data for decision-making. Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to support strategic planning. Sourcing Candidates : Support recruiters in sourcing candidates and expanding the talent pool. Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent for open positions. Employer Branding and Social Media : Assist in enhancing BlueCat's employer brand through social media and other channels. Create and share engaging content that highlights our company culture and attracts potential candidates. Qualifications :

• Currently enrolled in a relevant program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
