Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Production Lead to join our team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing the production process within our woodshop and assembly shop. The Production Lead will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team to deliver top-tier cold plunge units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the woodshop and assembly shop, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Manage and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines, including managing workforce and resources effectively.
- Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the production process to ensure every product meets BlueCube Baths’ high standards of craftsmanship and durability.
- Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to enhance their skills, improve performance, and foster a positive work environment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and components to ensure timely availability for production.
- Conduct regular inspections of products at different stages of production to ensure they meet specifications.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and quality control teams to resolve any production-related issues.
- Report to upper management on production progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in manufacturing, with a focus on woodworking and assembly operations.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and the ability to implement and maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate, train, and develop production teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Familiarity with production management software is a plus.
- Previous experience in cold plunge, spa, or bath product manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
