Duties and Responsibilities
- As an insurance instructor, you teach the necessary skills for all aspects of the insurance business, from Insurance basics to sales, retention and customer experience.
- You will be responsible for delivering engaging training programs that not only focus on Insurance basics, B2B Sales and product knowledge but also emphasize leadership development and career growth
- Provides a motivational learning environment and experience to agents to overcome objections to drive growth and become a trusted partner.
- Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to help representatives set and achieve their career goals
- Learn our company's products / services, sales processes, and software
- Assist training team and individuals in hitting goals and pushing production in assigned markets
- Ride in the field with representatives as they advance into Field Sales Reps, providing coaching on product and selling/communication skills.
- Write follow-up recap on field ride observations and coaching recommendations
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the training experience of others
- Use a variety of instructional methods to ensure maximum delivery effectiveness
- Establishes continuous improvement systems that allow knowledge transfer and behavioral development to flourish and respond to a changing marketplace
- Measures agent performance against standards to ensure program effectiveness
- Consistently review and improve our insurance training platform
- Consistently meet or exceed training deliverables
- Performs administrative and other miscellaneous office duties as assigned
