BlueForce, Inc. is seeking Information Technology Administrators to provide professional services and subject matter expertise CONUS and OCONUS in support of the US Department of State (DoS) Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) Program.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Aid in implementing various systems ranging from newly established systems at in various DOS posts to domestic programs such as Microsoft SharePoint.
- Aid in the design and development of systems / programs.
- Facilitate testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance.
- Troubleshoot issues when authorized.
- Optimize content for indexing and searching.
- Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
- Assist in describing, planning, and scheduling project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
- Identify and resolve project issues.
- Demonstrate strong communications, presentations, and customer service skills.
- Assist in defining resources and schedules for project implementation and completion.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- For a position in the U.S., candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or legal U.S. resident. Secret, Top Secret security clearance or Moderate Risk Public Trust certification will be required.
- For a position outside the U.S., any citizenship (U.S., Third Country National (TCN), and Local National (LN)) is allowable. Secret, Top Secret security clearance or Moderate Risk Public Trust certification will be required for US nationals and RSO vetting for TCN and LN.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology Management or related field.
- A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the technology field.
- Four (4) to seven (7) years’ experience conducting administration and maintenance duties.
- Excellent customer service skills.
