By streamlining competing priorities and viewpoints, we aim to increase manufacturing capacity and technology adoption, boost the number of available suppliers and diversify investment into the defense industrial base.

 

Position Summary:

The Events Coordinator will be responsible for leading, planning, coordinating, supporting and executing the logistics and experiences for high level sponsorship sports partnerships, hospitality engagements, and related activations across NASCAR, MLB, WNBA, Minor League Baseball, and/or Collegiate Football aimed at promoting and enhancing the BlueForge Alliance brands and images. This role requires strong project management, communication, and organizational skills to ensure seamless delivery of events that meet the needs of various stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Pre-Engagement
    • Manage vendor and guest relationships to set the stage for successful events through effective communication, planning, and clear expectations.
    • Coordinate any and all required logistics and ensure all necessary resources are booked in advance.
    • Manage the engagement’s RSVP site for designated events including all details, communication, guest lists, and more.
    • Effectively coordinate travel for all engagements to account for all pre/post event needs as determined by the scope of the related engagement.
    • Partner with internal and external teams to facilitate invites to each engagement and provide all needed guest list details by related internal and external deadlines.
    • Train, supervise, and coach the on-site activation staff for a proper execution
  • During Engagements
    • Represent BFA brands as a role model of company values and in alignment with the BFA Customer Credo.
    • Create an environment of active communication with partners, guests, staff, vendors, venues, and catering throughout engagement and during changes that may arise during the engagement.
    • Know and be ready to implement any necessary risk mitigation needs and/or emergency procedures.
  • Post Engagements
    • Analyze, report, and track all engagement details in an after-action report and make recommendations to facilitate a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Provide reports to Sports Partnerships Activation Lead to be shared as needed with upper management.
    • Reconcile all engagement budgets timely and in accordance with financial expectations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
