- Build strong relationships and establish rapport with peers, leaders, and clients
- Pursue sales targets consistently exceeding expectations
- Maintain relationships with current customers providing ongoing support and resolving issues related to freight operations
- Cross-communicate within the business to collaborate on getting new business to the right department
- Present supply chain solutions to prospective customers introducing BlueGrace's service and proprietary technology
