The Med/Surg Unit at Bluegrass Community Hospital fosters a culture of teamwork and effective communication, crucial for delivering specialized care to acute care and swing bed patients.
This 16-bed unit operates within a critical access hospital setting, ensuring patients receive optimal medical attention and support.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and nursing care needs to create a customized plan of care.
- Collaborate with physicians and provide patients and/or family members with relevant instruction and education regarding their conditions.
- Develop exceptional patient experiences daily and leverage your skills to directly impact patient wellbeing.

Requirements
