Title: Warehouse Office Clerk
Duties and Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to, the following:
Responsible for logging and printing Daily Receiving reports.
- Assist with all inbound freight documentations; labeling/placarding as needed.
- Record and retain Product Movement summaries for movements from Warehouse to Production Plant.
- Create product identification labels as necessary and check for accuracy.
- Remove daily outbound shipments from Finished Goods inventory.
- Assist with all outbound freight documentations; labeling/placarding as needed.
- Scan/photo-copy daily documents and distribute as needed.
- Assist with Warehouse Record Retention files; updating and scanning.
- Prep and assist with monthly Physical inventory counts.
- Assist with incoming calls/email communications.
- Assist with LTL shipment scheduling and pick up.
- Collect and deliver “returned to office”, BOL’s that require changes.
- Assist Document Specialist with pre-ship samples to customers and others as needed.
- Assist Document Specialist with all documentation.
- Assist with inventory system
- Perform additional responsibilities/duties as deemed necessary as assigned by Manager and Supervisor.
Requirements:
Attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and other computer skills
- Good attendance
- Must be engaged in work
- Must do other work as assigned
- Must follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety rules and company policies
