Job Title: Revenue Manager
FLSA Status: Salary Exempt
SUMMARY: At Bluejack National, we strive to create exceptional lifestyle experiences for our members, guests and their family and we are excited to be expanding our leadership team with the addition of a Revenue Manager. This role will identify and maximize all potential revenue opportunities for Bluejack National. This individual will provide direction and support to property teams in the maximization of revenue, profit and market share through leadership in the revenue management processes associated with inventory management, pricing, business opportunity analysis, demand projections and revenue forecasting. This role will provide integral support daily to the team, for both long-term and short-term goals, system reporting and tools, and accurate forecasting to maximize the total revenue and profitability for the club. The position is responsible for data analysis and the development of annual revenue strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Set, manage and collaborate with club leaders to input appropriate yield controls to maximize club’s revenue generation.
Coordinate with member services team to maximize revenue through effective inventory management, upselling and sell-out efficiency.
Collaborate with golf/spa/recreations/events/F&B and sales to provide consultation on strategies for negotiating and booking optimal group and catering/events business as well as ensure club event space is property utilized to maximize all revenue potential.
Manage any third-party booking channels and relationships.
Communicate any promotions effectively to leadership team.
Analyze and review monthly reports to understand gains and losses, production and opportunities.
Develop and monitor or adjust as needed, pricing strategies, preferred patterns and need periods as needed.
In partnership with the leadership team, execute daily, weekly and monthly 30-60-90 day forecast and annual budget process.

Knowledge of: Microsoft Office products with an advanced skillset of Excel formulating and reporting. Understanding of club operations and the philosophy of yield management. Experience with club property management systems. Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.
Skills: Ability to assimilate complex information, data, etc., from multiple sources and consider, adjust or modify to meet the objectives of the business. Use critical thinking skills to investigate changes in demand, pace, production and source contribution to anticipate proper pivoting for the business needs. Communicate effectively any changes in strategies. Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal, to convey information and ideas clearly. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities. Approach all encounters with members, guests and fellow associates in a friendly, respectful, inclusive and service-oriented manner. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: At least 3 years of progressive experience in a club or related field required; or a 4-year college degree in business statistics, revenue management, or hospitality and at least 2 years of related experience.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements.
