Position: Part-Time Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a motivated, professional, and team-oriented Maintenance Technician to help us maintain the quality, comfort, and safety of our properties. In this hands-on role, you’ll tackle everything from electrical and plumbing repairs to appliance troubleshooting and exterior maintenance—all while working with a supportive team that values communication and excellence.
🧰 What You'll Do:- Maintain and improve the physical condition of our properties.
- Respond to maintenance requests and perform unit turns.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and more.
- Ensure properties meet company and legal standards.
- Be available for on-call emergencies (rotating schedule).
Someone who is:
- A great communicator with a positive attitude and patience for working with diverse populations.
- Organized with strong time-management and customer service skills.
- A self-starter who is results-driven and enjoys solving problems.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends when on-call.
- General maintenance and repair experience (basic tools required).
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, navigate stairs and uneven surfaces.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and acceptable driving/background check.
- Fair Housing knowledge
