Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Telecommunications/IT industry.
- Experience with project planning and management.
- Experience with proofreading and editing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are always in good working condition.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring that they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
