About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated Telecommunication Construction Installers (various levels) to join our team in the Telecommunications industry. As a Telecommunication Construction Installer, you will be responsible for operating earth-moving equipment as well as installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunication equipment and infrastructure. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Travel is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
- Understanding and Operating various types of OSP Earthmoving equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telecommunications or construction
- Certifications in relevant areas such as OSHA, CPR, or First Aid
- Experience with fiber optic installation and splicing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Experience operating heavy machinery
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunication equipment and infrastructure
