About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunication Construction Manager to oversee the telecommunications construction and maintenance of our telecommunication infrastructure. As a Telecommunication Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure that all construction projects are aligned with our business objectives and meet regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of construction professionals and ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary resources to complete their work effectively. Travel is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in telecommunication construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience managing large-scale telecommunication construction projects
- Experience in Understanding & Operating Large Earth-moving equipment
- Professional certification in project management or construction management
- Experience working with government agencies and regulatory bodies
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
