Job Description
The Human Resource Associate plays a vital role in building an effective and inclusive work culture at BlueOval SK. Key responsibilities include:
- Focusing on employee advocacy and stewardship of company mission, vision, and values.
- Building trust with employees, operations partners, HR colleagues, and other business partners in delivering timely administrative duties and resolving technology issues.
- Supporting HR efforts related to investigations, governmental inquiries, problem resolution, performance management, and disciplinary action.
- Educating operations partners on HR policies, processes, programs, and plans.
- Supporting onboarding, training, personnel relations, safety, health, and environment activities as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related HR field, or 1 year of HR experience.
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and other technology tools.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A willingness to work all shifts and crews as assigned.
