About the Role
This role will be based in our office and reports to the head of SEC and Financial Reporting. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation and review of the Company's external financial reporting process, including quarterly and annual reporting, ensuring the highest degree of quality with timely deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly earnings and management reporting materials, including Audit Committee and Board meeting materials
- Assist in the preparation and review of AUM data, disclosure checklists, disclosure committee materials and statutory financial statements
- Coordinate amongst various groups to facilitate an efficient close and reporting process
- Work closely with the team, finance/accounting group and other internal departments, including product fund accounting, platform, legal and compliance, corporate development, investor operations, marketing and investor relations teams
Qualifications
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who possesses:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA required, big four experience preferred
- 7 years of relevant professional experience working on SEC / financial reporting, preferably in the financial services industry / alternative asset manager space with a mix of public accounting experience
