We are actively seeking an experienced Schedule Analyst to develop and manage a single integrated master schedule that captures the full scope of Spaceport operations and infrastructure development.
This position is full-time, onsite.
Work Description:
The Schedule Analyst will create and manage a single, integrated master schedule that captures the full scope of Spaceport operations and infrastructure development for NASA Spaceport Integration and Services (SI) Directorate. The Schedule Analyst shall develop, integrate, and manage the Kennedy Space Center Integrated Master Schedule. The SA will interface with NASA KSC stakeholders for communication and integration of technical data and milestones as such will be required to directly interface with stakeholders for source milestone data.
Responsibilities:
The Schedule Analyst (SA) will support SI/Spaceport Chief Strategist (SCS) by developing and maintaining strategic and tactical schedules, conducting schedule analysis, and supporting planning and decision-making efforts such as:
Provide strategic and tactical schedule views to meet operational and planning needs:
Strategic schedules spanning a minimum of five (5) years
Tactical schedules covering a maximum of one (1) year
Develop, integrate, maintain, and deliver detailed project schedules in support of:
Risk analysis
Performance tracking
Program decision-making
Perform integration and analysis of multiple project schedules into a unified master schedule, including identifying and managing schedule interdependencies and external interfaces
Maintain and update integrated, summary-level critical path schedules for directorate- and center-level reviews
Conduct schedule analysis using knowledge of:
Government milestone tracking
Operational processing flows
Infrastructure development activities
Identify schedule risks, performance gaps, and feasibility concerns, providing analysis to inform decision-making and corrective actions
Prepare recurring schedules and support special "what-if" scenario analyses to evaluate partner business cases and planning alternatives
Maintain configuration control over all managed schedules and related documentation
Train both government and contractor personnel on scheduling tools and best practices, ensuring consistency in usage and reporting
Utilize standardized scheduling tools and data structures such as Milestone Professional, Visual Planning, and Microsoft Project, in alignment with SI/SCS processes and reporting requirements
Support the creation of strategic data products to coordinate activities across NASA partners, programs, and infrastructure initiatives at Kennedy Space Center (KSC)
Minimum Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business, or a related scientific/technical discipline

At least 5 years of experience using scheduling software such as:
Milestone Professional
Visual Planning
Microsoft Project
Demonstrated experience in schedule integration of complex operational and/or infrastructure development projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio
Strong written and verbal communication skills in American English, including technical writing, grammar, and spelling
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification
Experience supporting NASA, its partners, programs, and services, or KSC (Kennedy Space Center) infrastructure improvement projects
Experience contributing to strategic data product development for coordination and communication across complex projects
