Key Functions:
- Provide administrative support to Acquisitions and Underwriting Team
- Triage new leads as they come in through our internal systems
- Maintain database systems with documentation on new and existing leads
- Collaboratively generate project marketing package as leads become projects
- Assist in organizing, documenting, and tracking new projects
- Generate reports for weekly and monthly meetings
- Draft purchase and sale documents
- Gather documents and obtain signatures from related parties
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable with multitasking in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
- Advanced computer skills preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in, and contribute to, a team environment
- Notary Public, or the ability to become a Notary Public
- Real estate and/or construction industry experience a plus
- B.A. preferred with 1-3 years of relevant experience
