Mergers and Acquisitions Attorneys

We are seeking highly qualified M&A associates to work in our Seattle office.

The M&A associates will have 3 - 8 years (classes 2017 - 2022) of experience working on complex public and private company mergers and acquisitions and drafting definitive transaction agreements, as well as managing all other aspects of a strategic transaction. Experience with either private equity, joint ventures, venture capital, capital markets, corporate governance, or securities law compliance matters will be considered a plus. All candidates should have industry knowledge in the financial, industrial, energy, technology, and/or life sciences sectors.

Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, Am Law 100 firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. Washington State Bar is required.

All candidates must be in the top 25% of their graduating class and graduated from one of the top 50 U.S. law schools. Candidates must have worked for a well-known law firm unless noted otherwise in the job description.
