Overview
We are currently seeking experienced commercial insurance producers who will focus on Property and Casualty (P&C) or Employee Benefits (Group Health) insurance consulting services for businesses in the Dallas / Ft. Worth market. The ideal candidate will be comfortable selling to senior-level executives and business owners.
Top candidates for this role will have at least three years of experience in the business-to-business market and a proven track record using a highly consultative sales approach. You will be targeting CFOs, CEOs, and other high-level executives. If you can't see yourself in a consultative selling environment offering proposals from $250K to $1.5MM, this position is not for you.

Salary
The starting salary is $80k—$100k, depending on the candidate's experience and skill set, plus commission. We prefer candidates who want to double their income, but not overnight.
