This opportunity is a pure business-to-business sales producer role in the commercial insurance industry, focusing on Property & Casualty commercial lines.
Our client is committed to aggressive growth objectives. They have doubled agency revenue ($3MM—$7MM) over the last four years and are locked in to double again over the next five years.
We are targeting seasoned Property & Casualty (P&C) producers who are considering a new chapter in their careers and impressive B2B sales talent outside the insurance industry. We are committed to a supportive transition of their skills, allowing them to strategically differentiate and win new business.
The base salary, based on experience, will range from $80k to $100k/year, plus a highly residualized commission. Top producers reach a $1MM book of business within 5-7 years, with on-target earnings (OTE) between $350k and $450k/year.
For high-performing producers, there is an established equity pathway.
