Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
Duties
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain accurate records and enter data into databases
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Support bookkeeping procedures
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers
- Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in file management and QuickBooks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with front desk operations
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to proofread documents for grammar and spelling errors
- Familiarity with phone systems and data entry
- Previous experience as a receptionist.

Pay: $680.00 - $700.00 per week
