Job Title: HVAC Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise HVAC crews to ensure project execution aligns with plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and General Superintendent to streamline jobsite processes and enhance efficiency.
• Manage project schedules, coordinate material and equipment deliveries, and oversee subcontractor activities.
• Conduct quality control assessments to verify work completed by subcontractors.
• Participate in weekly meetings with the general contractor to review project progress and address any construction issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in the mechanical field with a focus on management.
• Military experience is a plus.
• Proven expertise in HVAC construction, particularly in multifamily and commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, including reading and interpreting plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster teamwork and ensure project success.
