Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily project operations, ensuring clear communication and responsibility among team members and stakeholders.
- Administer the review and processing of submittal data and shop drawings to meet project schedules and material delivery timelines.
- Conduct Pre-Construction Start-Up Meetings with the Project Manager, Field Staff, and Operations Director.
- Maintain accurate and updated “as-built” drawings reflecting all project changes, clarifications, and directives.
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, meeting minutes, and close-out documents, ensuring timely distribution and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable mode of transportation.
- Strong teamwork orientation and effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Experience with CAD software.
- PMP Certification.
- Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
