Featuring a unique open-window concept and an inviting outdoor patio, The Blueprint offers patrons a mesmerizing atmosphere where the spirits of past printers and contemporary creatives merge, making it the definitive gathering spot for both local enthusiasts and global talents.

Knowledge, Skills, Personal Attributes:

Knowledge

• Thorough knowledge of all new entertainment, liquor, and fashion trends, both in the US and worldwide that may have an impact on customer preferences and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of sanitation laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of safety laws and regulations.
• Awareness of nightclub, lounge and bar scene.

Skills

• At least 3-5 years of experience as Manager for a high volume, upscale nightclub or lounge environment.
• Extensive experience and knowledge in strategic planning, production, materials management, distribution/logistics and quality assurance of all beverage related commodities.
• Attention to detail.
