We are looking for a Quality Control Training Specialist to mentor and lead our installation team. The Quality Control Training Specialists responsibilities include managing the efficiency of our installation team from pre-installation survey to post-installation/commissioning.

We are looking for a Quality Control Training Specialist to mentor and lead our installation team. The Quality Control Training Specialists responsibilities include managing the efficiency of our installation team from pre-installation survey to post-installation/commissioning.

Primary Essential Job Duties:
- Conduct pre-installation site surveys as needed
- Conduct quality control visits during and post installation/commissioning and report findings to project team and management.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectives including, but not limited to contractual, technical, schedule, construction coordination, materials, personnel, and scope of work.
- Coordinate and train technicians, in house and onsite in the following disciplines, and demonstrate installation tasks for audio visual projects including but not limited to pulling cable, installing connectors, rack building, mounting equipment, and rigging.
- Mentor and coach Installation Technicians and Lead Technician through their designated learning development plans
- Manage, maintain, and execute training curriculum as needed
- Uphold, maintain, educate M3 standards of installation. (Terminations, mounting, soldering, above ceiling, labeling, etc..)
- These are not meant to be exhaustive lists. There will be other duties as assigned
- Regular and predictable attendance as scheduled
- Work cooperatively with others
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Excellent skills to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive working relationships with people at all levels of the organization
- Elevated level of problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints
- Advanced knowledge of signal flow within Audio Video integration disciplines
- Travel to various job sites as needed not expected to exceed 50% of time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Must have the ability to install, build and wire a full-size rack, pull cable, terminate connectors, solder, mount/rig equipment and rack construction
- Experience configuring and commissioning AV systems
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- 4 years of AV installation experience
- CTS-I preferred
- Valid drivers license with appropriate driving record
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to use computer for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to use hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders scaffolding operate lifts up to 80 ft in the air
- Be able to pass drug screen and background check
