As a Sr Brand Content Strategist , you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy, serving as the conduit across subject matter experts (SMEs), segment marketers, and channel teams to drive cohesive, audience-focused content.This role is about more than content creation-it's about strategically planning, optimizing, and distributing content that resonates with our customers and influencers. You will lead the charge in defining content strategies informed by SEO insights and industry trends, ensuring that the right message reaches the right audience through the right channels.If you're a strategic thinker passionate about content, audience engagement, and performance-driven marketing, this is your opportunity to help grow a thriving community around BBNA's brands.Content Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement comprehensive, customer-centric content strategies designed to guide key customer and influencer groups through their buying journeys across various digital and offline channelsServe as the central connector among SMEs, segment marketers, brand, and digital teams to ensure cohesive content plansDefine content outlines, structures, and distribution strategies to optimize audience engagement across owned and paid channelsIntegrate SEO insights and industry trends to guide content planning and enhance discoverabilityOwn the editorial calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiativesCultivate relationships with internal and external content leaders, thought leaders, and industry influencers to strengthen content strategy and extend brand reachBuild strong partnerships across marketing, sales, and external networks to ensure content strategies support business objectives and audience needsFacilitate content workshops to align cross-functional teams on priorities and opportunities, ensuring strategic content alignmentCollaborate closely with the Lead Brand Voice to ensure content aligns with brand tone and messaging while focusing on strategic placement and performance, including planning and creating organic social content that resonates with target audiencesServe as a strategic consultant to key stakeholders, offering best practices in content, channel strategy, and engagement.Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas, transforming them into powerful experiences for targeted audiencesGather key business insights to create short- and long-term visions for compelling and branded contentContent Performance & Optimization Establish KPIs to measure content effectiveness, leveraging data and analytics to inform strategic decisionsAnalyze content performance metrics (SEO rankings, engagement rates, lead generation) to optimize future content strategiesUtilize a deep understanding of target audiences to tailor content strategies that increase consideration and engagementCoordinate and manage third-party vendors overseeing content creation for the brands in support of the content and SEO strategyEducation / Experience Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Marketing or a related field7 years of digital marketing / content strategy experience in B2B environments.Consistent track record of success creating content for complex end-to-end experiences in alignment with customer needs and business goalsProven track record of successfully operating independently - managing multiple priorities, following schedules, and meeting deadlines - all while maintaining impeccable outputsAdvanced knowledge of major content distribution channels and their evolving capabilities and mechanicsStrong creative writing experienceProficiency with web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), content measurement & reporting tools, relevant certifications a plusSkills & Abilities Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into effective content strategiesDeep understanding of the customer buyer's journey : key drivers, what drives awareness, conversion, and how marketing can accelerate pipeline efforts across each step of the funnelExcellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levelsStrong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable managing vendor and agency partner relationshipsStrong client service and project management skills;
