We are seeking an AVP of Operations who will oversee daily operations to ensure the firm runs smoothly and efficiently. You will manage a team of client service associates, providing leadership and guidance to maintain high performance and accountability. Responsibilities include implementing and improving processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and optimizing client service. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior management to develop strategies that support the firm’s growth and long-term success.

- Lead and mentor a team of Client Service Associates, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Oversee client service operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant handling of client requests.
- Manage firm financials, including budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.
- Oversee execution and completion of key projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Ensure firm operations and client interactions comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with growth goals.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in Management
