Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead all marketing initiatives, drive brand growth, and generate demand for our services and products. This role requires a data-driven marketer with expertise in digital marketing, content creation, AI-driven marketing strategies, and market research. Ideally, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of the marine / yachting industry or a strong ability to adapt to niche markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Brand Development :
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, budget, and tactics to achieve target lead, opportunity, and revenue goals.
Define and manage Bluestar Marine’s brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition in the market.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels, sales tools, and customer touchpoints.
Utilize AI-driven insights for customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and personalization strategies.
Content & Digital Marketing :
Develop compelling content and strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across relevant channels, such as Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, X, , and others.
Oversee the creation and coordination of brand content, including sales tools, case studies, website copy, print and digital ads, videos, webinars, and blogs.
Manage and optimize all social media accounts and digital media platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Design and implement a data-driven social media strategy to grow engagement and brand reach.
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, leveraging AI tools for content automation and analysis.
Monitor trends in digital marketing, AI, and automation to improve campaign performance.
Market Research & Performance Analysis :
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, website analytics, and conversion rates to optimize marketing efforts.
Implement AI-powered marketing automation tools to improve targeting and customer acquisition strategies.
Monitor and respond to client reviews, ensuring a strong online reputation.
Lead Generation & Sales Support :
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads for the sales team.
Collaborate closely with customer service and field operations teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
Design email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and retargeting strategies.
Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance customer insights, segmentation, and engagement.
Event Marketing & Industry Networking :
Research, plan, and attend industry trade shows, yacht expos, and company promotional events.
Build partnerships with marine industry influencers, yacht management firms, and relevant organizations.
Organize and execute sponsorship opportunities, networking events, and public relations efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the marine, yachting, or niche service-based industry.
- Strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand development.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for Meta, Google, TikTok, X, , and others.
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ChatGPT).
- Expertise in social media marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and leadership abilities.
- Event marketing and trade show experience is a plus.
