As a Property Manager, you will lead the day-to-day functions of one or more properties, supervise maintenance staff, collect rent payments, process legal notices, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure quality record keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of one or more properties
- Supervise maintenance staff and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Collect and post rent payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Process legal notices and communicate with residents as necessary
- Coordinate and manage all vendor relationships, ensuring seamless services for residents
- Review and process property invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and guests
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or related fields
- Familiarity with contracts and leases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and comfortable working with computers
- A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record
