**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of one or more properties. This includes supervising maintenance staff, collecting rent payments, processing legal notices, and coordinating vendor relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and direct the day-to-day functions of one or more properties.
- Supervise maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collect and post rent payments, as well as process legal notices.
- Cordinate and manage all vendor relationships to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Review and process property invoices in a timely manner.
- Ensure quality record-keeping at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and guests.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or a related field.
- Familiarity with contracts and leases.
- Ability to build genuine relationships with residents and vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and comfortable working with computers.
- A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
