Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations in multiple locations. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of our properties, ensuring day-to-day operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth of our residential portfolios. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of real estate and property management.

Key Accountabilities for this Role:

• Manage a portfolio of properties within the assigned region
• Assist with the general lease-up of apartment complexes throughout the assigned region
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and ensure proper maintenance and repairs are completed
• Manage a team of property managers, assistant property managers, and leasing agents providing guidance, support, and continued development within their roles
• Analyze and monitor market rent trends and make recommendations
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing campaigns
• Handle escalated tenant complaints and resolve conflicts in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, vendors, and other stakeholders

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Reliable Transportation required
• Some travel will be required (up to 20%)
