- Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Spearhead and manage paid media strategies, deploying them across channels to maximize efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
- Analytics & Performance Measurement: Track, assess, and analyze campaign performance. Leverage insights to foster more store visits and customer acquisition. Develop dashboards, executive reports, and analytics insights.
- Digital Presence Management: Enhance and maintain our brand’s digital presence, ensuring all updates from website changes to blog posts are optimized.
- Agency Liaison: Act as the principal contact for our digital media agency, orchestrating strategic alignment and execution.
- Acquisition Integration: Contribute to digital and media planning for newly acquired locations, ensuring brand consistency and smooth transitions.
- Media Planning & Optimization: Manage media planning and lead performance analysis, optimizing campaigns for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- Marketing Analytics Expert: Serve as the go-to resource for marketing analytics, designing evergreen and ad-hoc reports to aid data-driven decision-making.
The Right Person Has...
- Over 5 years of experience in paid media strategy, digital marketing, or performance analytics.
- Comprehensive understanding of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
- Proficiency in managing website updates and digital listings with platforms like Yext and CMS.
- A strong ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills, translating data into actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating with or managing an external digital agency.
- A self-starter attitude, with strong initiative and enthusiasm to work in an ever-changing work environment.
