- Thought Leadership : Act as the subject matter expert for predictive and prescriptive analytics, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Experience :
- 4 years of data science, analytics, and Big Data expertise (Hadoop / Hive / Spark) using Python or Scala.
- Proficiency in data quality analysis and data architecture.
- Background in professional software development and visualization.
- Education :
- Master's degree in a STEM field preferred; Bachelor's degree accepted.
- Skills :
- Proficiency in Python (R is a plus).
- Strong mathematical foundation and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Auto industry experience is a bonus but not required.
